There's no B-team here. Everyone at our advertising agency plays a role in bringing your brand's story to life. We're small by design. And we love it when an ad comes together.

Found floating in a watermelon underneath the San Francisco Bay Bridge, Laura has been planting seeds along the waterways of the world. After drifting into Spokane, Washington, she seeded Design Spike and has been watching it flourish. Every year she adds fresh dirt and a bit of fertilizer, and her efforts have been successful. The company continues to grow. #PlantYourGarden

Pete likes motorcycles. Let's rephrase that: Pete loves motorcycles. So much so, that when Evel Knievel attempted one of the longest jumps of his career, Pete paid tribute to his childhood hero by jumping over 9 garbage cans on his Schwinn Stingray, breaking his nose and knocking loose 4 teeth. He was 7 at the time and that passion for everything two wheels never stopped. When he's not designing or working on the company's business development, you'll probably find him either snowboarding, mountain biking or somewhere outdoors with his wife and 3 dogs.
If Will was a superhero (OK, so he basically already is), his name would be Super Gamer Guy. An avid video gamer since the beginning of, well, video games, Will has played all the classics and more. His top fave game series of all time is definitely Mega Man. And because all superheroes have epic super powers, Will's unreal abilities would be to take any game avatar's stats and make them his own. Take that, evil forces of the world -- Mega Will ain't goin' easy on ya!
In his spare time, when he's not fighting insane level bosses, Super Gamer Guy and his crime-fighting, psychic, shapeshifter cat, Dellie the Squish, can be found eating hot dogs with extra mayonnaise, playing Magic: the Gathering (so analog) and leveling up his hacker coding skills.
Ya know how Chewbacca never says a whole lot besides "RRRAAWRRGWAGGR", but still manages to bring a ton to the table? Well Brandon's that guy. When not immersed in your interactive challenges, this enigmatic introvert of our office spends most of his free time in his woodshop building furniture or in his kitchen cooking. Not to brag or anything, but you'll find he's one of the best coders and problem solvers you'll ever encounter. Plus he's big and hairy too. Totally coincidental.
Our in-house Art Director, disnerd and Ravenclaw consistently manages to wow everyone with her design skills. With a little bit of faith, trust, and pixie dust, your dream designs will come true. In her free time, when she’s not clicking away on her creations, Lindsey’s out getting inked up, talking fandoms, or home curled up with a book.
If Jazmin was a fictional character come to life, she would be a Frodo Baggins and Gandalf hybrid. Jazmin is an organizational wizard that thrives in an environment with structures, goals and processes. When she’s not here keeping the wheels on our project wagons, she’s enjoying drawing, painting, writing, reading, sculpting and the cinematic stylings of Wes Anderson, Stanley Kubrick, Quentin Tarantino and most things animated or Disney. She is active in our community and also volunteers on the board for Spokane Edible Tree Project.
Tracey keeps all our numbers in line and is all about her family. Her dream is to a have a piece of land big enough to have them all build on it. She knows that a relationship is like a bank account. You can’t continue to draw from it unless you make deposits. Tracey’s happily ever after involves time spent with her husband of 30 years, finding a happy balance between work, friends and family.
