Project Management

Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific (and usually) one-time effort, for example, construct a building, implement a new computer system, develop a website.

Project management often includes developing a project plan (defining project goals and objectives), specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are needed, and associating budgets and timelines for completion.

Project management is a necessary part of getting the job done; and, when it is deemed necessary, Design Spike will assign a specific project manager to your job. She will work with you so that, together, we will accomplish your website goals.
